You have the right to return the products you purchased and request a replacement in case you make a mistake or that do not meet your expectations.
IMPORTANT: Before each return it is necessary to communicate (via e-mail, fax or telephone) with us, and our consent for the return you want to make. In all other cases Shop.aek.gr reserves the right to refuse to accept your return.
Return Non-Defective Products
Our belief is that the online store should not be any different from a physical store in the Shop.aek.gr chain, so either the return is due to a change in size, color or for any reason such as because you did not stay happy with your product, it is possible to return it within 14 working days from the day of receipt.
If the return is not made within 14 business days then Shop.aek.gr may not accept any return for replacement or cancellation of the transaction.
We emphasize that the date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the control of the deadline.
In any case the returned products must be located:
1. In the initial condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging to be the one that normally accompanies the product, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, Retail Rep.)
2. In case of change of size, design, color in clothes, shoes, accessories due to incorrect assessment of the customer, the customer can contact 210-2720100 and report the change he wants to make. Then Shop.aek.gr sends the new product and upon delivery the customer delivers the returned item to the courier. The cost of this transaction is € 5.9 which corresponds to the shipping costs of the new product, while the old one is returned by Shop.aek.gr at the expense of the company.
3. Returns for underwear and swimwear (briefs) for hygiene reasons are not accepted.
Return Defective Products
In case of incorrect product shipment, Shop.aek.gr undertakes the complete replacement and shipment of the correct product to the buyer, fully covering the shipping cost, provided that the product will be returned to the original factory his condition.
The replacement request should be made within 3 days from the receipt of the wrong product and after contact, by phone 210-2720100 or by mail (orders@aekfc gr), on his part buyer with the company.
Our company bears both the costs of returning the product to be replaced and shipping the new one, if the defect is due to deceit or gross negligence. In any other case, the cost of returning the product is borne by our company while the customer bears the cost of shipping the new one.
The returned product is replaced with a product of the same characteristics, brand, size in relation to the returned one, without the existence of the defect and provided that it is available in the goods of our company. </ p>
If not available, our company informs the customer and gives him two options, either to withdraw and get back the price he had paid, or to choose a new product to buy. The new product that the customer chooses to buy must be of equal or greater value than the returned one. If the cost is greater than the amount already paid by the customer, he is charged with the payment of his difference. The return of the product to be replaced must be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg Retail Rep. Etc.) and its complete packaging.

In case the customer cancels the order, the refund of the money pledged from his credit or debit card will be done in the same way as the payment of his order. </p/ >
Upon receipt of the product by the company, the return request is processed immediately and the customer is informed by e-mail on how to process the request.
The refund will be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date we receive the products, depending on how you chose to pay for your order and how the refund will be made their.

Right of Withdrawal
